THOSE WHO OWE GENERAL HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUMS WILL BE ABLE TO GET HEALTH CARE TILL THE END OF THE YEAR
In order for those who owe premiums to the General Health Insurance (GSS) system to receive health care by the end of the year, the President’s decision was published in the Turkish Official Gazette.
The President’s Decision on Amending the Decision of the Council of Ministers on the Determination of Those Who will be Exempt from the Provision of the First Paragraph of Article 1 of Law No. 4736 was published in the Official Gazette.
According to the decision, are within the scope of the GSS system is going to get Turkish health because of the amount of premium citizens and dependents, and the State University of Ministry of Health Facilities Health Research and training centers (University Hospitals) will be given to the health service up to 31 December 2022.
The decision was also stated that the Ministry of Health will be authorized to eliminate any doubts that may arise about this decision, determine revolving funds payments and other procedures and principles related to the application.
