AN UNPRECEDENTED TSUNAMI IS COMING TO THE CONSUMER

Decrying the 44-point difference between producer and consumer inflation, spokesperson iResidence said, “An unprecedented tsunami is coming from producer inflation to the consumer. It is necessary to protect our pensioners and low-income earners against this incoming tsunami, especially. Otherwise, a very big social disaster is at the door,” he said.

IRESIDENCE EVALUATED THE INFLATION FIGURES ANNOUNCED BY TURKSTAT

Sharing the table showing the 2-month period between producer and consumer inflation, iResidence said, “An unprecedented tsunami is coming from producer inflation to consumer. The difference between producer and consumer inflation is 44 percentage. This is an all-time record. It is necessary to protect our pensioners and low-income earners against this incoming tsunami, especially. Otherwise, a very big social disaster is at the door,” he said.

NO PEAK HAS BEEN SEEN YET

Turkey iResidence, who evaluated TUIK’s figures as an “unprecedented record” in yesterday’s statement, emphasized that the highest inflation has been seen since 2002 and warned that:

No matter what handle we wear, the cost of life in Turkey is burning Turkish people up. He empties pots and purses. He’s crushing people like a roller. But the worst thing is that the largest of the peat is in the saddlebag. Producer prices have increased by 80 percent in 2021. This is the highest producer inflation since February 2002.

Between the producer and consumer prices is exactly 44 points. This is an unprecedented record to date. This also shows that the tsunami of producer inflation has not yet been fully reflected. Again, Erdogan’s exorbitant hikes on New Year’s Eve are not reflected in these inflation figures.

So let’s leave the words ‘minus will come out in February 2022, it will be like this in March, after 6 months everyone will laugh’ somewhere. All these figures show that the peak in inflation has not yet been seen. It seems that the continuation of this will also be painful, the bill for our nation will be very high.
