NOTICE: For Istanbul online e-randevu system a user procedure change has been made. As of May 2017, new appointment date and times requests will automatically be given by the e-randevu system to those who make residence permit applications. Preferred date and time selection for personal choice has been cancelled, due to over capacity and high volume of foreigner applications received in recent months.

  • Please expect earliest upto 3 – 4 months wait period for an issued appointment date to attend the interview. Expect to receive your new Residence Permit ID Card by mail within 10 – 15 days after attending an interview.

For other nationwide provinces in Turkey: Residence permit applications are being received within regular limits. The foreigner applicant (or representative) may select to schedule the appointment date and time, for their preferred convenience.

TURKISH RESIDENCE PERMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AT APPOINTMENT

From applicant; (be present during the short interview)

  • Residence Permit Application Form (must be signed by the foreigner and/or his/her legal representative).
    .
  • Passport Original + Photocopy of Passport document (pages containing identity information and the page containing photo and entry stamp page).
    .
  • Four (4) each Photos (must have been taken within the last 6 months) against a white background and biometric.
    .
  • Turkish Bank Statement for example 1 year residence permit requires to show $6.000 USD account statement, 2 year residence permit should show $12.000 USD account statement.
    .
  • Private Health Insurance (not required for under age 18 – above age 65). Please present signed and stamped/sealed original insurance policy during interview.
    .
  • Rental Contract if you are staying in a rental house with a rental agreement, attach a notary public approved copy of your rental agreement to the application documents.
